Nathaniel Howe Studios was invited to reimagine the AMAZON ORIGINAL production card that lives in front of all AMAZON ORIGINAL movies, series, specials and documentaries. Amazon's creatives specifically referenced our work for AWS – they also wanted an abstracted approach to unify the company’s technological dominance and its burgeoning premium cinematic content.
DESIGN PROCESS: Imagining the future of entertainment. We believe in the design process. That means dedicating time to explore curiosities, and playing freely in design. Despite wide-ranging exploration, our team remained aligned with Amazon's creative tentpoles by incorporating a tease of the brand’s hallmark smiled and also explored Amazon’s key themes of “illuminate”, “communicate”, “escape” and “transport” among others.
